We use a third-party courier service to fulfill our shipping and delivery requirements.  To make the delivery experience delightful for everyone, items are shipped anywhere from 1 to 5 business days from purchase date for customers in Metro Manila and 1 to 7 business days for customers outside of Metro Manila.

We roast our coffee weekly, so rest assured that they're ready to be consumed once you get them--we dislike stale coffee just like every coffee person in this world.

As for non-coffee products, take comfort in the fact that we take utmost care in storing and shipping all of our items, making sure we deliver the kind of quality you would expect.

We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. Our company is hosted on the Shopify platform. Shopify provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Shopify and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Black Bridge Coffee, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Black Bridge Coffee assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
